Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Puerto Rico and all US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed and sent to our fulfillment partners once your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping methods and rates

Standard shipping costs $8.00 and is free on orders over $40.00. Express shipping costs $15.00. Some items in our catalog ship free of charge. The exact rate and the estimated delivery window for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so please review them there.

Items shipped from overseas partners

Some products in our range are shipped directly from our overseas sourcing partners. These items can take longer to arrive than domestic stock and delivery times vary by item. Your tracking number will let you follow the parcel at every stage.

Split shipments

If your order contains items held by different fulfillment partners, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order. There is no extra charge to you for this.

Tracking

Tracking information can take 24 to 72 hours to become active after you receive it. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or more, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delays

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. Severe weather, customs processing and carrier backlogs can all cause delays. We will always help you chase a delayed parcel.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly, although we will always try to help if you contact us quickly.
